In addition to using the website, you may also place an order via telephone using the contact details below.

Before telephoning to place your order please:

  • Refer to the Product descriptions available on this website, or the Donations and Virtual Gift descriptions, for information about the items you are interested in ordering, noting any delivery restrictions that apply to some Products;
  • Review the ‘Terms and Conditions’ to understand the terms and conditions that will apply to your order, particularly the sections on:

    • Important Information for ordering Products
    • ‘Ordering trees – Additional Terms’, if you are ordering trees;
    • Delivery
    • Your rights to change your mind as a consumer, noting the exclusions that apply to orders for trees and bespoke Products;

If you place an order with us, you will be asked to agree that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions to complete the Order.
