In line with guidance from the UK’s Chief Medical Officer and public health authorities, our couriers have introduced a number of measures to ensure the health and safety of their staff and customers.
These include operating contactless deliveries in order to abide by social distancing guidelines and eliminating direct contact by leaving parcels on doorsteps (after ringing the doorbell and standing at the advised two-metre distance until the parcels have been collected). They will also leave parcels in a safe place if there is no answer.
