The majority of our trees and tree mixes are now available for purchase. Orders are normally delivered within 7–10 working days. However, to be on the safe side, please allow additional time for delivery.
In line with guidance from the UK’s Chief Medical Officer and public health authorities, our couriers have introduced a number of measures to ensure the health and safety of their staff and customers.
These include operating contactless deliveries in order to abide by social distancing guidelines and eliminating direct contact by leaving parcels on doorsteps (after ringing the doorbell and standing at the advised two-metre distance until the parcels have been collected). They will also leave parcels in a safe place if there is no answer.
We are currently unable to take telephone orders, but our online shop shows our available product range and is very straightforward to use. For enquiries about existing orders, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We are currently unable to process new dedications and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are very grateful for your support and hope to resume normal service as soon as we can.
Existing dedications will be processed as usual; however, if you'd like to speak to us about an existing order, please email us at email@example.com.
We urge people NOT to drive to any Woodland Trust sites but instead carry out recreational activities as locally as possible.
Our woods remain open, but only if you:
We would like to thank people in advance for cooperating with this information and for supporting trees and woods, and we look forward to a time when our woods are again open for all. For those who can’t visit our woods, there’s a fantastic range of nature-based activities on the Woodland Trust website.
We have introduced important steps to ensure our working environment adheres to government guidance to protect our teams. These steps are also critical to ensure that your parcel is dispatched and delivered to you safely.
Our supporter services team are working from home wherever possible, and our warehouse team are following new processes to ensure social distancing at all times for their protection.
Thank you for your understanding.
